org mst fikir yang diet tu...is trus kurangkan makan secara mendadak..which is unhealthy...
diet sbnrnye, mngambil makanan seimbang...kte blh tgk dr piramid makanan..b4 this, aku blaja nutrition, food science..but aku buat bodo je psl bnde ni...tp, ble dh join herbalife....sume tu mmg bgune..dlm herbalife, dorang mnekankan bout healthy lifestyle...yg mne, kurangkan mkn je, xbergune, klu kte xcukup minum air...cmne nk taw ckup ke x?my coach ckp..every 25kgs brt kte..kte kne mnum 1liter air..so..korang darabkan la sendiri ek :-p
n mcm my friend ye....die sgt obses nk kurus..so, die tgglkan nasi, n hanya makan ikan kukus (drpd yg ddengarla)..n, yes..die dpt result yg mcm die nak..but now..ble die mkn nasi die akan muntah...sistem badan die xblh trime nasi..n now, ble berat die naek skilo je,die akn risau...which is, blh membawa kpd bulimia or aneroksia...so...diet yg sihat, betul n seimbang penting utk kte sume...ble kte buat diet yg sihat, kte xperlu risau pasal berat kte, naek balik ke x...sbb kte blh cntrol, ble kte dh taw cre yg betol..
so..guyz...choose the rite diet..
